The machine does not make frothy milk however it can be used to make cappuccinos or flat whites using the use of a separate container. There are plenty of positive reviews from buyers on Amazon and at John Lewis. They praise the machine's flexibility, quiet operation, and various lengths of drinks.

There aren't many reviews from customers, but the general consensus is that it is a great pod coffee machine if you like a simple set-up. It's more expensive than the Nespresso Vertuo Pop, but it comes with excellent tasting Lavazza pods and is one of the quietest machines on the market.
