Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the stats of a piece and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations used.

The racial Shield elite Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP and/or provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you roll a purchased item like armor, weapon, or ring. The item upgrade is swapped for a different one similar one and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. However, they don't keep the level of the original item and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.

The surviving players can acquire tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests, or purchased at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of a piece equipment, for example increasing its damage.

Players can reroll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power increases the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks while spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a better quality. To produce them, you'll need a higher-quality token for rerolling. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item upgrader mod and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next success is being rerolled. This helps to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of each Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. Once they are open they show a complete description and icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

This means that you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that increase an item's level by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. These stones are also available to players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's current level and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.

After selecting the item to upgrade the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is safe and doesn't impact the item's durability. The system is an excellent option for players who want to gain an advantage in combat but don't want strain their wallets. Moreover players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item to a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. However, there are numerous ways to acquire them, including signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to boost the power of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will receive an upgrade to a higher level. This process continues until the item upgrading reaches its maximum level.

Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item upgrades at once. Each upgrade item (you could look here) component will require a certain number of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can place a piece of equipment to be upgraded, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Once a player has enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of the item will increase by only a tiny amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

When an item is at its maximum level that it can no longer have the option to upgrade. When a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons to provide an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, obtained through questing, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped with new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements

Upgrades to items give players the ability to boost certain stats on weapons and armor they currently have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the kind of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment set pieces and weapons for added effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is added to an object it cannot be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrades can boost an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can improve the stats of the item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage to weapons.

Certain items are better off being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but more because it lets players get the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item upgrade. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

The game will display the requirements when you select the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

If you've fulfilled the conditions for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
