Its mopping functionality is also impressive and the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide an intense clean. It also comes with an automatic mop lifting system which lifts the pad when it transitions from tile to laminate or hardwood to carpet and rugs to avoid soaking these types of soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad is capable of rinsing and then drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. You can set it up and forget about it. It is only necessary to replenish the water tank or replace the dust bag occasionally.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I ran it on its standard vac and mop settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and returned to its base for a recharge. This isn't too far off of the 180 minutes that Roborock claims, and is on par with other hybrids that I've tested.

This is a very well-rounded and capable product, with the only downside being the fact that it's costly. The sheer amount of features makes it a great choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. If you are able to justify the hefty price tag we strongly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a top-of-the-line mop and robot vacuum. The price is justified by the powerful features, which include a massive vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that rotate. It also comes with a smart, app-enabled controller and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is among the highest robotic hoovers vacuum and mop combos on the market. In my testing it was able to perform very well in all areas of the home, removing 98.4% of debris on all floors and managing to lift long hair without tangling. The mops were also great and produced excellent cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, due to their rotational motion and an incredibly strong cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's main selling point is its advanced docking station that is multi-functional. The dock emptys its dust bin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank to enable the mopping function and even dries its mop pads for you. It also comes with a real-time hazard detection system and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions with its smart controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid vacuum mops I tested. In addition, its mops aren't as adept at removing tough stains like those in the top Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's high-end features, it still requires regular care and maintenance. To avoid mildew and unpleasant odors, the base station dustbag, water, and tanks must be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, are required to be replaced on a regular basis too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. If you're on a tight budget I would suggest a less basic model that allows you to save money and still enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could find, its high price and ongoing maintenance would make it more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that can clean up dust and dirt on your floors while taking care of wet messes then take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This high-powered mop and robot vacuum combo comes with a strong suction power of 8,000 Pa, an impressively large battery that can be used for both mowing and vacuuming and a top-of-the-line obstacle avoidance. It comes with a roller-mop that cleans by itself, making it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs used in other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it is supplied with a continuous supply of fresh, ozonated filtered water from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while taking in dirt. Any dry debris is picked up with the side brushes, or swept into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump dirty mop water into its base station where it is sucked in by the tank's heater elements, and then emptied into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard can hold a good amount of water, and can take on up to a dozen mopping sessions before rushing out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do most robotic vacuums and mops. It does need to be filled with clean water, but this is a simple task within the cleaning dock. If you want to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to the dock. If you decide to choose to use this feature you'll need to purchase the brand-name cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot cleaner brands that allow users to use their own choice of cleaners.

Like most robots, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map a room, and it easily navigated around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a couple of times on larger pile carpets and rugs in my tests, but this may be rectified when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very robust robot that is available at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum cleaner but it does have some impressive features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it goes. The mopping system is able to be able to clean a large area prior to returning to its dock. The vacuum's powerful suction is ideal for removing pet hair and debris on carpets.

The application that runs this appliance is fairly complex, with a broad choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can manually clean all areas that are mapped by this device, or choose individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a routine you've developed. There are several mopping options, including SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the mops' sensors to find the most efficient method to clean your home as it maps the space.

The Qrevo performed well in our tests, as all Roborock models we've evaluated. Its navigation system is reliable it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in an organized manner. The 'Normal' setting for pathing does a great job of covering a room, with no major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards such as thick carpets, but it may not always be able to detect smaller items such as rug tassels or electrical wires.

This machine has one major flaw: it does not have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who regularly vacuum before using their robot. There's a good workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of each session. This allows you to use the vacuum's mopping capability to get rid of the last traces of dust and debris that are left behind by the vacuuming. This is a great feature that lets this vacuum keep its cleanness a bit higher than its competitors with lower prices.
