Its only issue is that the robot tends to crash into objects and walls at full speed. However looking at the history of cleaning in the app will tell you exactly what the robot has done, where it is traveling, and what obstacles it has stumbled upon or avoided.

A handy LCD screen on the docking station shows the maintenance tasks that need to be done like emptying the debris tray, and cleaning the dirty water tank. It's also able to mix detergent automatically into the water tank with a 600ml bottle of the eufy's solution.

Both the S1 Pro vacuum and mop have plenty of run-time as well, with the mop being able to operate for up to 184 minutes in quiet mode, while the vacuum is capable of running for 136 minutes in normal mode before having to recharge or return to the base to refill. You can view the full cleaning details in the app, which is clearly laid out and is easy to comprehend, though we would like to be able to distinguish between a vacuum only or a vacuum/mop clean when looking at a cleaned area in the history of cleaning.

It can then automatically change its path and clean around them without skipping a beat.

It's the most expensive model I've tried and it comes with the most features. Its sleek, angular design is eye catching and only has three physical buttons. The power button, which restarts the cleaning process mop button, which doubles as a child-lock, and a home-button to send the robot to its dock. The hinged lid can be opened to reveal a 350ml trash bin and 200ml of water tank. The water tank will empty itself and the bin is auto-refilling.

The only issue I have discovered with this model is that its VibraRise mop pad mount isn't movable. It is possible to replace the mopping cloth if needed, but it's difficult to remove the mount for washing manually. I've found any plush carpet that the best rated robot vacuum touches will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on mount, which can cause scratches.

The app is easy to use and intuitive The X40 is equipped with many clever features that are easy to install. Users can program the X40 for cleaning at specific times. They can also adjust suction power, switch modes, view floor plans and maps and control mopping settings. The X40 can also monitor its progress and notify you when it's finished.

The X40 is easy to maintain and comes with numerous convenient features, making it a great option for busy families. The docking station automatically empty the dustbin into a large 3.2 L bin, washes the mop pads, and refills them with fresh water and cleaning solution. It will also tell you the moment when the mop pad is at its maximum capacity and notify you of the situation prior to it bursting.

4. L20 Ultra

The L20 Ultra robot is one of the most expensive models available on the market. However, it has many features that make it stand out. Smart DuoScrub, which is a new feature in its mop heads, makes use of two mop heads that are high-speed to scrub floors more thoroughly. It also has a suction force of 7,000Pa. This is more than the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra or Ecovacs Deebot T20 Omni and can remove pet hair and other small dirt particles in addition to removing spills and wet spots.
