World of Warcraft - item upgrader kit Upgrading

The item upgrade lets players increase the gear rating of an item level upgrade up to 700 points and give it a bonus. Items can be upgraded if they're in your inventory and you bring them to the kiln.

Certain items are worth upgrading because of their unique stats. (For instance the perfect roll breakpoint armor is used in melee PvP). Other items, like weapons aren't changed much after an upgrade and aren't worth it.

Weapons

Weapons can be upgraded to boost their numeric stats like the chance to crit, attack damage, PvE and damage to PvP. Weapons also have a flat bonus which increases the damage they deal per second. In addition some weapons come with a set bonus which is activated when three or more of the same weapon are present on a single unit. In some cases this bonus can add up to more than the amount of damage that a weapon can sustain by itself.

The cost of upgrading a weapon depends on its rarity and level. For instance, a +2 weapon will require two regular Smithing Stones while a+3 requires four. The number of stones required to upgrade a weapon will continue increase until it requires the higher level of Smithing Stones, at which point it will reset to one.

Upgraded weapons can also alter their base stats. This is usually a positive aspect, but it may also have negative effects. For items that are only used in a certain build (Whistant's shield for FB sorcs, for instance) upgrading them could render them useless unless you happen to have an extremely fortunate roll.

Items of armor can also be upgraded to boost their effectiveness. This can increase the base defense of a chest or helm while belts and gloves can boost their strength and agility. Armor also offers an option to reroll its Enhanced Defense%, meaning that it could reroll to a lower value.

The upgrade template for a weapon displays the new stats that it will gain when upgraded, along with their respective values. This means that the weapon will gain 33% attack damage when it is upgraded from an 8 attack damage sword to an 11 attack damage sword. The 3% difference does not mean that the weapon will hit three times less, since it is an absolute number.

Rerolling a weapon is possible by pressing the green button within the item level upgrade menu with the arrows that are circling. The item upgrader kit will be rerolled and alter its stats but it won't reset the weapon's level or tie it to the account status.

Armor

Making a few improvements to your armor could make a a huge difference in your capacity to withstand. Certain sets offer massive boosts to poison, curse, fire and magic resistance, making the journey through difficult terrain a breeze. In general, the greater defense your character is, the more value you will get from every point of health, so it's important to improve your armor as much as possible.

To improve your armor, head to one of the Great Fairy Fountains in the game. There are four fountains in all and each one requires you to complete a unique side-quest involving the Stable Trotters musical troupe. After you've completed the main quest, and the corresponding fountains, you'll be able to talk to any Great Fairy in order to unlock the armor upgrade menu.

Each piece of armor can be upgraded to three levels, and the amount of materials and Rupees required to complete each level will differ. It is possible to use anything between three Red Chuchu jelly and 10 Rupees to upgrade the first armor piece, and anywhere between five Rubies or 10 Fire-Breath Lizalfos Horns to upgrade each subsequent one. For instance, the Champion Leathers can be upgraded to +5 defense, which allows you to keep pace with a large group of enemies in the majority of cold environments, and the Snowquill Headdress can be upgraded up to +20 defense, giving you enough protection to survive the full-on assault with a handful of friends.

You can't upgrade armor like weapons. If you're playing as a Warrior then you should concentrate on upgrading your armor to increase physical power or the power of spells. It's also worthwhile to save your armor upgrades for the armor you'll still be wearing at the end of the game, like the Ring of Lightning and Spectral Shield, or the helmet you wear to fight the final boss and the Monter Parts Merchant's mask.

You can also unlock some advantages to your armor by presenting the jeweler in Gerudo Town 10 Twinkling Titanite. You'll typically want to keep these upgrades to the weapon you'll be using to beat the game. For example, the Longsword or Battleaxe. However, it's beneficial to have some upgrades to the armor on your chest and helmets so that you can sneak around some monsters.

Potions

Potions are liquid substances that, when consumed, give the player the illusion of status for a few minutes. There are five kinds of potions, each with a specific set of effects and durations. Some potions can be upgraded to improve their effectiveness. Alternatively the effects of some potions can be enhanced by adding redstone or glowstone dust them.

Upgrades to potion require a certain amount XP. This can be earned by making them on a craft table or by placing them in the Alchemist chest. The cost of upgrading varies based on the type of potion used and the item upgrader mod's rarity and Mark Level.

To upgrade a potion, right-click it in your inventory. Then, select "Upgrade" from the menu. This will open an GUI that allows you to choose the potion that you would like to upgrade and the amount of experience they'll give you when upgraded. You can upgrade potions in batches of up to five at a time, and their XP will be added to the total XP you currently have.

Once a poton is upgraded in quality, it will not deteriorate until you take it out again or break the bottle within which it is kept. You can also rename the potion by clicking it in your inventory.

There were a few updates to the mechanics of potion in version 1.7.2. For example splash potions now have an average duration of zero,08 seconds (this is not the same as 22.5 seconds displayed on the hover display of the item). The potion table can now be crafted with four Wood Planks and two Glass. This allows it to be used by players playing Survival and Bedrock. Unlike the Java Edition, Bedrock edition potions are not able to be mixed in cauldrons. Similarly, using a potion in a cauldron that is full drains the liquid and replenishes the bottle.

There are also lingering potions that are brewed using dragon breath and splash potions. Redstone can also be added to potions that are lingering to increase their effects. The table of potions has been rearranged to look more like the Java Edition. New potions are also added, for instance, the potion of leaping and decomposition.

Trinkets

A trinket is a small and cheap ornament or piece of jewelry. It could also refer to an ornament or object that serves a purpose, but isn't essential, like a trinket. In some cultures, a trinket is used to signify friendship or affection, especially between family members.

Trinkets can be upgraded by players in addition to weapons or armor, as well as potions. Upgrades can be made by paying the appropriate currency to an upgrade vendor. Unlike other item upgrades trinkets are able to be traded out at any time without losing their stats.

The upgrade vendors are found in major cities and in the capital of each zone, as well as in some instances in dungeons. Upgrades for trinkets are purchased using tokens, gold or fragments of rare trinkets.

Upgrades are a cost-effective alternative to buying a new trinket. It is possible to upgrade players for as little as 12 tokens. The new trinket will have the same base ilvl as previous one, and will come with an additional 1% upgrade bonus.

Trinkets can be re-upgraded once the old ones are no longer needed which allows a player to boost their power and value over time. They can also be traded between players, making them an extremely popular alternative to gold.

In general, players should upgrade their most important items first. This means that the most-important slot items for each class are upgraded first then their secondary gear and finally other equipment that they will not replace anytime soon (such as rings or cloaks). Players should also take into consideration their class's preferred stats when choosing which items to upgrade. For example If Haste and Crit are the two most important stats for tanks, they should be focusing on upgrading their helm, chest shoulders, belt, and helm.

Trinkets are able to be upgraded to a higher level once they no longer have value, and the new trinket can be upgraded to have an additional 1% upgrade bonus. A re-upgrade, however, will cause the trinket to be destroyed unless it is salvaged with a Black Lion Salvage Kit, or a salvage tool. This means upgrading trinkets is more expensive than other upgrades, however it is still cheaper than buying an entirely new trinket.
