World of Warcraft Upgrade Item Guide

The Upgrade item is used by trainers to transform Porygon2 into Porygon2. This transformation requires an upgrade and a Sinnoh Stone and 50 Porygon Candy.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be added to armors, weapons trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons. They can be used to add an additional benefit or effect when the equipment in use. They can be bought from vendors or other players, looted or obtained as a reward, or created using crafting materials. Alongside providing bonus attributes, upgrade items can also be cosmetically beneficial.

Infusions, inscriptions, and enhancements are types of upgrade components. They are not available for general use and can only be used on equipment that is ascended or on certain weapons that are not ascending from the Factions Campaign. Infusions, inscriptions, and enrichments can be retrieved from equipment with an Infusion Extraction Device or salvaged using a Blacklion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.

Unlike other upgrade items Phoenix Boxes, unlike other upgrade items, can be traded even while still connected to the item they are upgrading, and they can be reused after being salvaged. These upgrade items are the Best item upgrade option to boost weapon and armor quality without spending Dilithium in the sense that they increase the item upgrade's chance of receiving a quality upgrade by two times.

Upgrade components can be added to an item but the old one is destroyed (except for legendaries and ascended equipment). Upgrade components can only be added to upgraded items with an identification level of zero or higher. When you upgrade an existing weapon equipped with a suffix or prefix upgrade will display the name of the upgraded item in the same way as it appears in game (for instance, adding an Radiant Insignia to Canthan Armor will cause it to be named Canthan Armor of Minor Vigor). A player can only own up to three upgrade items at one time.

Glyphs

Glyphs are a useful addition to any item, since they provide a variety of unique advantages and boosts. Some Glyphs can also increase the number of affixes on an item, increasing its overall strength. These glyphs are available through dungeons, and some even be found in specific World Tier 3 areas. It is important to note that glyphs can only be used by players who have created a dungeon that has the same depth.

To use a Glyph, you must first create it using components and connect them with anchors. Then the component will automatically align itself to other components and paths in the same layer. If you don't want create the glyph using components, you can create it by combining paths and anchors. Drag an element in close proximity to a highlighted component to lock it in place.

Certain glyphs require specific conditions to be met for example, 25 Dexterity in a particular area on the Paragon Board. Some glyphs require a specific number of Primary Stat Nodes to be activated, which could be a bit difficult to achieve. Certain glyphs have a radius that grows with each level.

Glyphs can be used on many different weapons and objects, except for those belonging to a specific class. Certain glyphs have conditions for example, like having a certain amount of dexterity or attack damage in a particular area on the Paragon board.

The Defend Glyph increases the chance of preventing enemy attacks by five percent. It also has the chance of 15% to render the Hero vulnerable for two turns.

Some glyphs may also be applied to restricted use tools, like the Black Lion Chest and Trading Post. These glyphs count towards the Combat Mechanic Achievement.

The most common glyphs are the attack glyphs which boost the ATK substats of Artifacts by a flat amount. These glyphs are especially useful for classes that use ranged weapons, such as Warriors or Rogues. Other glyphs include the Exploit Glyph which makes enemies who hit the Hero susceptible to damage.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens are tokens that are used to reroll the results when taking an Action. They are discarded when the reroll occurs. Reroll tokens can be gained through a variety of ways, including through raids, dungeons and skirmishes. You can also buy them at the shop, or from other players. They are particularly beneficial in dungeons or trials because they allow players to reroll rewards from the end of the chest.

For items at the level 1, there are values for recycling points. The upgrade gauge will grow by a certain amount of points each time you recycle an item. This value is based on the rarity of the item and its level. Additionally the upgraded item upgrader won't keep its level when it is rerolled and the cost for recycling an upgraded item increases depending on its level.

It is also possible to use reroll tokens in order to reroll an item. However it won't restore the item upgrade's original stats or level. This is useful for those who wish to reroll an item they don't like but still would like to keep it in their collection.

There are three kinds of upgrade tokens available in the game: reroll random, and upgrade. Each type comes with several subtypes. Reroll tokens for instance are available in three types: rare, legendary and enhanced. Each requires an item from the respective level to produce the new item with that quality.

To use tokens that reroll choose "Reroll Token" by right-clicking the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Select a type of token. The tokens available include Item, Weapon, Misc, 1hgun, 2hgun and Focus. The use of an Item token will produce an entirely new Item of any type. A Weapon or Misc token will create a brand new weapon of the same faction.

The item could be upgraded to a new item with the same stats but is at a higher level. This is likely to happen if the item is in the Pool that is not droppable or has been transferred to it as part of an Franchise Card.
